Accomodation Rules

  1. The terms of Using the Website : Using this site allows you to make reservations and book rooms for yourselves.This site has been developed by Reis Tourism and Organization Limited Cooperation, all rights reserved. Illegal duplication, recreation, distribution, using in other means is strictly prohibited. Turkey Golf Hotels.com has the only authorization to do al changes. Hotel Reservation and Confirmation Document Request is free. Paid in time, your room will be booked. You' ll be able to cancel or change the reservation only with your Confirmation Document. If no payment is charged until the acceptable dates the client will be accepted as renounced and Cancellation rules will be applied. In circumstances of the client's not showing up in the hotel and can not be reached anyway, the room will be waited from the 1st day of the reservation till the day after, it is going to be cancelled if the client's can not be reached still.the client can not act oppositely.

  2. Conditions of Cancellation : With proving a cause 15 days ago from the arrival to the hotel, 50 % of the total amount is purchased. But in occasions of not showing up less than 15 (14-0) from the date of arrival, or not showing up without a cause the total amount will be refund by Piri Reis Travel. This amount will be confiscated by Piri Reis Travel for 60 days, regarding the client's date of departure. When No-show fine is billed to Piri Reis Travel this amount + 5 % of cost allowance will be charged and the rest will be refund.

      Important Notice : Except of these conditions, we are not responsible for the amount charged by the hotel as we are mediator between hotels and clients.This amount can only be decided by the hotel to be or not to be paid. The amount you have paid us will be refund in 60 days.

  3. Terms of Reservation Changes : 2,5 % of the total amount will be charged by Piri Reis Travel in changes of hotel, date, name, etc. after the definite Confirmation Registry.

  4. Accomodation Rates : All hotel prices given in this site are indicated to the daily exact values of YTL (New Turkish Lira) in the time of definite reservation, foreign exchange rates, vehicles, and rates of the establishment. All aditions in rates or taxes, or new taxes introduction and all the supplements caused by these additions will be paid by the client. You don't have the right to act oppositely.

  5. Children Discounts : Children Discounts can take place when the children or the child stay in their parents room as 3rd and 4th of company. Infants aged between 0 - 2 years are commonly free but this varies to hotels.

  6. Compelling Reasons : Piri Reis Travel has the right to transfer it's clients to other hotels, to change the departure and arrival times of the tranfers, to change the transporters, to change the hotels (the nearest option of the required) even if without informing the client in compelling reasons like fire, draft, earthquake, and all kinds of natural disasters and very randomly heard the misunderstanding of the hotel. In individual operations and in only hotel reservations, date and / or the client can be changed under these compelling reasons but the client wil surely be informed.

  7. Principals of Accomodation Services : Piri Reis Travel is a mediator between transporters, hotels, clients and taking great care in mentioned establishment's service qualities.We can not be kept responsible in compelling reasons like strike, political or protest march, natural disaster, technical problems, etc.,even though Piri Reis Travel will do the best he can to help.

  8. Conditions of Losses and Defaults : Also in this manner Turkey Golf Hotels.com can not be kept responsible no matter what causes and no matter how it results all the supplement and obligations caused by losses, accidents, defaults with or without third parties.

  9. Visa Support Service : You need to apply to Turkey Golf Hotels.com at least 16 days before the departure date with valid passports (at least 6 months) and required documents, if you ask for visa support. Turkey Golf Hotels.com wiil not be responsible for the visa and passports handled less than 16 days.In cases of failure in visa application, all No-show fine and transfers payments will be charged from the client.

  10. Transfer Delays : All flights, ferry, bus and train departure shedules are regulated by official foundations of the mentioned vehicles. All transfers and / or hotel reservation's subcharges due to delays are charged from the client.

  11. Conditions of Extra Services : All extra charges of personal needs (extra meals, alcoholic drinks, changing the accomodation, etc.) must be paid by the client.

  12. Principals of Accomodation : Though we are trying our best to help you transmit your request to hotel, we can not guarantee you if the hotel will fulfil your needs. The rooms will not be handed over till 14:00 at the arrival date and clients are responsible in handing overthe room at 12:00 at the departure date. Clients who don't check out in the required time will be kept responsible for paying the fine of non-acceptable check out delays in 1 weeks time. If this fine is not paid in a week, the client has no right to act oppositely but pay also 15 % plus for delayed fine and all the subcharges.

  13. Conditions of Reservation Defaults : Turkey Golf Hotels.com can not be kept responsible in reservation defaults, our clients must check the date, name, etc. on the Confirmation Document.

  14. Terms of Disagreement : Antalya Lawcourt and Execution Offices are authorized in terms of disagreement.

  15. Terms of Registiration Acceptance : In any kind of differences in the Turkey Golf Hotels.com and the client's Confirmation Documents, Turkey Golf Hotels.com documents and records wiil be valid only.

  16. Terms of Agreement Resolution : The names stated in the agreement are approved as accepting the terms of the agreement with reading all 16 topics (even if the reservation process and licence is signed by a third party) and staying in the hotel and paying with the credit card.

Reservation Rules

  1. General Info about On-line Sales : As Turkey Golf Hotels.com are aim is to provide you effective and easy staps in yourreservation and holiday. The hules above are specified for you to have clear definitions, please contact us for further information, from manager@pirireistravel.com.tr

  2. On-line Payment :  Turkey Golf Hotels.com accepts Visa and Mastercard. For payment wiht other credit coulds we can use Pos machines from our office you can get the informations of bank accounts from bank information, and casily choose the bank

  3. Pricing : We charge differently our Retail Sales Custommer Membership and Private Membership sales.

  4. Voucher Deliery : We can deliver your voucjer to your requested address by Cargo, before you check in the Hotel also we can send your voucher with with fax and you will easly check in by only telling your zoom days ago You'll only need to show your id.

  5. Changes of Reservation Dates : You can easily change and cancel your reservations in the possible cancellation dates, indicated on your Confirmation Document, 10 $ of cost allowance will be charged from you or your paid amount in the circumstances of Hotel's non-availibility in the required dates, or the client's cancellation with or without a cause.You won't be able to act oppositely, as you have already accepted the terms of the agreement and made reservation.You won't be able to cancel and do changes on reservation On- line.We won't be responsible unless you have the Confirmation Document.Also reservation cancellation not took part in the possible cancellation time (as shown on your Confirmation Document) will be fined with No-show fee (a fine you must pay when you make certain reservations like flights, hotel bookings and you don't show up) + 10 % cost allowance and you'll purchase the rest refund. Possible Cancellation Dates are written with details on your Confirmation Documents. Unless indicated otherwise Possible Cancellation date is 14 days for group reservations and 7 days for individual reservations. Number of passagers needed to form a group are 16 passengers. In No-show cases 2 or 3 night's rates per person, per night for 1 week of reservation is charged, but the number of nights of No-show fine may vary with the length of the reservation.Our customers are responsible for controlling the Check-in and Check-out dates. In circumstances of any kind of disagreements our Company's Registirations will be valid only.

  6. Conditions of Reservations Changes :  In Changes of Confirmed Reservations (hotel, date, name, etc.) 2,5 % of the total amount will be collected as Change Fee by Piri reis Travel.

  7. Transfer Restrictions : In transfers, more than 2 suitcases and 20 kg. of luggage is due to fees and approval of the carrier. No matter how heavy it is, all fluids, fragrant, explosive, radioactive, combustible materials and transferring movies is prohibited. We can not be kept responsible in the customer's damages, loss, being stolen of private belongings (handbags, vallets, cell phones, jeweleries, etc.) and luggages transported in the vehicle unless luggages are insuranced.All fines and legal punishments judged by Administrative and Juidical Authorities must be paid by the customer.    

  8. Legal Responsibilities : Using, reserving, buying this site's service means you have accepted the terms of the agreement above. In all disagreements Antalya Lawcourt and Execution Offices are authorized for all decisions.

Payment Information

  1. Information about Pre-Payment : The amount will be paid only when a corresponding agreement is ensured between the client and Turkey Golf Hotels.com about the amounts and the payment dates.All amounts you had paid without the Confirmation Document wiil not bind Turkey Golf Hotels.com, in these cases the rest after charging the Money Order expenses will be refund. We won't charge you unless the definite reservation is made as one of our principals. Please requst the Confirmation Document, which means the room is booked certainly.

  2. Procedures Before the Purchase: Be one of our members before you purchase a hotel from us and benefit our advantages.
      a) Retail Sales: You can purchase without being a member.
      b) Customer Membership: Be one of our Customer members in 3 min. and get discounts up to 30 %
      c) Private Membership: Be one of our Private members with registrating in 5 min. and get discounts up to 30 % + 10 %, benefit the free services.          
  Notice: Private Membership Registration password either positive or negative will be sent to you in 36 hrs  

  3. Hotel Selection and Price Check : You can easily see the facilities of the hotel in details by just clicking on the select a hotel button see the region of the hotel by clicking on the map, click on the On-line button to analyse the rates and our special discounts for our Customer members or Private members and lastly by clicking on the On-line reservation button, fill in the Hotel Reservation Pre-Selection Form, and send us your request by clicking on the Send the Reservation button.

  4. Filling the Hotel Reservation Pre-Selection Form :
     a) Please select the select the country, city and region of the hotel of your request. If you know the name and how many stars does it have you can write it down under the Hotel Search, section of Name of the Hotel. If your requested city is not in the options, you can write down the city where you would like to stat by clicking Other Region Hotels button.
     b) Please investigate the terms of Money Refunds
     c) Please fill in the Accomodation Information, including detailed information about the people who will stay, approximate date of arrival and departure, types of accomodation you require, whether or not you need a transfer, and additional details can be written in the blank form if you need us to know. Please don't hesitate to call our 24 hrs. help line

     Attention: Please fiil in the form carefully and detailly when reserving. There can be some problems If you skip one question in your reservation. Also please fill in the form if you have chosen the Special Hotel Package detailly.
     d) Please do not forget to fill in the Contact Numbers section, so that we will be able to reach you in case we ned more information. Please clarify when and from which numbers we can call you and indicate your e-mail as well.
     e) The last thing you should do is clicking on the Send Reservation Request button.

  5. After your request reaches us we will be replying you in 24 hrs. Please wait for the Confirmation Document.
   
     Important notice: We will be sending you the Confirmation Document by fax or e-mail after you have chosen the hotel you would like stay and we will be reserving the room and / or rooms for you.

  6. When you are sent the Confirmation Document all you should do is make the payments on the dates written on your Confirmation Document. If you don't want to purchase it you don't have to do anything else, not paid hotel reservations cancel automatically.
     All you should do when you are reserving the room is,click on the button of On-line payment, select a method to pay, then not later than the possible latest day of payment, until 15:00 (the possible latest hour of payment ) make the payment with filling in the On-line Payment form. Or if you would like to pay in cash please select a bank from the section of Bank Informations and send us the money with Money Order. Payment means we have booked the room for you. If you haven't paid until the possible latest day of payment and / or possible latest hour of payment, this reservation will be cancelled and you won't have the right to act oppositely.

  7. When you have paid with credit card we will be informed by the bank that the amount had been charged from your credit card and you will receive Provision Approval Form, after all these processes, when the amount is entered to our account, the bank will e-mail us. Also even you can inform us about your payment just by filling in the blank sections of Confirmation Number (written on your Confirmation Document) and Provision Approval Form's number (shown on your screen) and clicking on Send button. As another option you can visit our office and while we are drinking coffee you can pay by using Pos machines.
